With over a decade of experience in higher education, Colleen O'Connor-Rickey has experience in board support, donor relations, budget management, executive communications, program development, organizational governance, and international education. A graduate of Amherst College, she currently serves as Special Assistant and Operations Manager in the Office of the President at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts
